Covid Secure Measures

Thank you for your booking for the in-person video link for the Welsh Dharma Celebration.

To safeguard your safety and ensure we adhere to government guidelines the following procedures will be in place:

  • All seating will be 2m apart. Numbers will be restricted.
  • Hand sanitiser will be available upon arrival.
  • Paper towels rather than fabric towels will be available in our toilets.
  • ‘Touchable’ surfaces will be wiped down before and after classes.
  • All volunteers will wear face masks.
  • A window will be open where weather allows.
  • Refreshments will be available – these will be served outside by the centre staff.

What we ask of you:

  • When you arrive please check in at the registration desk which will be situated in the car park out side the meditation room
  • All attendees wear a face mask
  • Entry and exit to the meditation room will be via the fire exit at the back of the meditation room
  • You may be required to wait outside while people are taking their shoes off and entering the meditation room. Please dress appropriately. Again, you may need to wait while people put their shoes on and leave at the end of class. Thank you for your patience.
  • Please do NOT attend if you, or any of your household, are experiencing any symptoms at all.
  • ‘Shielders’ should only attend if it is permitted within the Government guidelines.
  • Please use hand sanitiser on arrival.
  • The chairs are set at the required distance, please do not move them.
  • Please don’t sing aloud during prayers, this reduces the risk of cross infection.
  • Only one person is able to use the toilet facilities at a time so please wait for others to return before leaving the meditation room.
  • Maintain social distancing while entering and leaving the building and whilst moving around the meditation room.
